With the continuous growth of sonic terbulance that is the music face today, most people will run into road blocks on the way to finding their identity. My godfather Dean Tallarini is the high priest of a witch coven that typically meet secretively in Poughkeepsie, NY annually or semi-annually; although he resides in Westchester. To him, it is just a title, for he is a very humble man. He is also considered a green witch, which is really more of a healer. Dean is one of the kindest people I have encountered.
It is well known that there is a DARK side to The Craft. But Dean chooses to explore the brighter side of things. He considers himself a healer and I have witnessed him helping others who have had negative or “demonic” entities attached to them. He has also told me he has helped a few spirits cross over as I’ve listened to some of the stories he has told me. And although I can be skeptical at times, I believe that Dean is special, which is why I chose to use him as my subject for this interview.
The Electric Daisy Carnival, commonly known as EDC, is a worldwide music festival popular for it’s electric dance music and bright lights displays. I sat down with a friend of mine as he told me about the day he attended EDC at MetLife Stadium, which he considers to be one of his best days ever.
My dad rarely talks about coming here from Hungary, so when he does, I try to hear him out…even when he gets carried away and exceeds my two minute limit. Please listen patiently…(wink, wink).
This post is an audio project about my little sister’s love for pigs. The story highlights her love for pigs, her first time seeing a pig, and her next pig that she plans to find.
So, it turns out that pigs are not as disgusting as they seem. It is actually healthy for one to love pigs. To learn more about why one should love pigs, read the article below posted on the National Geographic website for kids.
I sat down with Gypsy Geoff A.K.A Geoff Marsh, professional magician, clown, mime, circus arts instructor and fire manipulator to talk about an organization very near and dear to him; Clowns Without Borders.
