On Jan. 29, ‘Empire’ Star, Jussie Smollet is allegedly attacked at 2 a.m. near his apartment in Chicago. This attack has been rumored to have been staged, which then sparked outrage in many communities. I asked a very diverse group of WCC students their thoughts on this entire situation, in the days leading up to Smollets arrest.
Graffiti is one of the elements of hiphop, it is a form of street art. It’s the act of writing or drawing on a wall generally without permission. I sat down with a local graffiti artist/friend of mine to discuss what graffiti means to him and how its legal status effects him and others.

Many high school kids are juuling and, it can be a big concern for their health and, their life in the future. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention has reported that 38 percent of high school students and 13 percent of middle school students have admitted to trying vaping at least once.
