Covid-19 has seriously impacted the entire world. The change has been especially difficult for k-12 students who are struggling to adapt to a very new way of doing things. Somers High School teacher Tammar Merav has an inside view on how her school is adapting to Covid.

The new regimen and way of doing things to fit social distancing guidelines can be very difficult to become accustomed to for both teachers and students. Tammar puts her input into how this transition and new way can be made easier. She also discusses how the school functions now, as it is very different compared to pre-covid times.

This is a hard time for everyone but with perseverance and great advice, like what we’ve heard from Tammar, school can be made a little bit easier for students.
