A Bronx woman by the name of Wanda Vigilla, 40 years old was arrested in connection to a cold-case murder that occurred in 2012. The victim’s name was Pamela Graddick. Pamela was reported missing from her Bronx apartment and found murdered one month later in a disclosed corner in Yonkers. Wanda and Pamela were dating at the time and Wanda, who was considered a suspect, denied all allegations while still associating with family members and attended the funeral as per Pamela’s sister. Chief Joseph Monico, who worked the murder case during that time is now the Supervisor of the cold case files and never stopped searching for Wanda’s killer. Modern technology used by the cold case team to reevaluate old evidence from Pamela’s phone provided a break in the case that did not coincide with Wanda’s alibi. Wanda was brought in after agreeing to answer further questions where she admitted to the murder of Pamela Graddick.
